November VA Caregiver Support Line (CSL) https://www.caregiver.va.gov/help_landing.asp call for At Your Wits’ End: Regaining Equilibrium as a Parent and Family Caregiver. Calls will be held on the following dates and times:
Caregivers must register to join the CSL monthly education call. To register, call 1-855-260-3274. Caregivers unable to attend the calls can access presentations on the CSL’s webpage (https://www.caregiver.va.gov/support-line/presentations.asp).

It is important for caregivers to learn how to say what they need. In this group, we will discuss steps to speak up for yourself and your loved one with clear messages. Speaking directly will build a bond with others. We will review the art of choosing your words and communicating effectively in order to best express and get your needs met.
